Ten-X Campground, AZ (near the Grand Canyon) - May 21 - 25

This campground is so convenient to the Grand Canyon National Park, maybe 4 miles away. We totally recommend it if you are looking to camp outside of the national park. It is also the home to many elk.

Yavapai County Road 71, AZ

We often stay off of the interstate so that we have more pleasant drives. GPS led us to a 7 mile dirt road, that included driving through several washes, and past only one house. It was a very beautiful and adventurous ride.
